- Support desktop technology and market data applications
- Handle calls and manage issues through to resolution, including escalations
- Create technical docs, tests, and knowledge base entries
- Suggest improvements for current tech and future deployments
- Identify and help automate infrastructure and trading processes
- Experience in application support for Fixed Income or Commodities
- Recent experience (within the last year) in a bank, broker, or buy-side institution
- Computer Science or STEM degree
- Trade floor support of trading applications
- PC hardware/software troubleshooting and desktop deployment
- Citrix infrastructure and applications support
- Remote location support capability
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 2016/365
- Webex/Zoom/Skype for Business including video and screen sharing
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors
