In this role you support front-office trading applications for equities and volatility, sitting within a cross-asset trading team. You’ll handle desktop tech, market data access, and issue resolution, while contributing to improvements and automation. The position blends trading and tech in a fast, 24/7 global environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

- Support desktop technology and applications including Market data
- Respond to calls and manage issues until resolution, including escalation
- Document problems and resolutions; create/testing knowledge base
- Contribute ideas to improve current technology and deployments
- Identify and help automate processes within Infrastructure and Trading
- Experience of Equities Front Office Application Support
- Experience within the last year at a bank, broker or Buy Side Institution
- Computer Science or STEM degree
- Experience in trade floor support of trading applications
- Familiar with PC hardware/software troubleshooting and deployment for desktops
- Citrix Applications and Desktop support
- Able to effectively provide support to remote locations
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016/365
- Webex Zoom & Skype for Business support including video calls
- Experience working with 3rd Party Vendors
