In this role you support trading applications and market data within a cross-asset environment focused on Equity Volatility. You’ll join a London trading team that balances technology with execution, operating in a 24/7 global context. You’ll help ensure smooth front-office operations, contribute ideas for improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams. This is a fast-paced, high-skill setting with a clear path for growth and learning.

- Write technical documentation / testing / knowledge base

- Identify and help automate processes within Infrastructure and Trading
- Experience of Equities Front Office Application Support
- Multiple Trade Platform Knowledge
- Experience within the last year at a bank, broker or Buy Side Institution
- Computer Science or STEM degree
- Experience in trade floor support of trading applications
- Familiar with PC hardware/software troubleshooting and desktop deployment
- Able to effectively provide support to remote locations
- Knowledge of Windows, Webex, Zoom & Skype for Business support (Video calls, screen sharing)
- Experience working with 3rd Party Vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communications and strong customer service
