As a Trading Desk Engineer in Quant Trading, you join a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous trading environment in London. You will work closely with traders, researchers, and technical teams to ensure accurate trade reflections across systems and to drive rapid development, automation, and personal projects. Responsibilities
  • Interface with multiple groups to ensure trades are reflected accurately in all systems
  • Contribute to research and rapid development for trade order execution
  • Automate processes and pursue personal projects to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with traders, researchers, and technical teams to align solutions with schedules and analytic needs
Key requirements
  • STEM degree from a top-ranked university with exceptional grades
  • A-level Maths or equivalent
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Logical thought processes
  • Interest in coding with fundamentals in one language (VBA, Ruby, Go, Lua, Scala, Python, C++, or OO Language)
  • Appetite for delivering solutions to complex problems
