Trading Manager

In this role, you lead a store-wide trading team to maximise product availability, run smooth promotions, and keep every aisle safe and compliant. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll plan resources, manage shifts, and develop colleagues to deliver outstanding shopping experiences. You’ll collaborate with other departments to ensure operational standards and strong customer focus.
