Trading Manager

In this Trading Manager role you ensure excellent product availability and smooth in-store trading. You lead a team to deliver standout shopping experiences, plan promotions, and respond to customer feedback to maintain high standards. You drive performance, manage daily routines, and collaborate across store departments to keep operations safe and compliant. This is a hands-on, impact-led position in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities to grow through our Leadership School.

• Lead and support the team to meet trading priorities and drive availability
• Plan and execute promotions and handle customer feedback to maintain standards
• Manage shift rotas, attendance, and talent development including cross-department training
• Drive performance in a service-focused department against operational and sales targets
• Coordinate daily resources and routines, building strong inter-department relationships
• Ensure safety, legality, and stock availability across the store
