In this role you support and monitor live trading platforms within a 24/5 team, helping manage B2B client lines and configure technical solutions. You will gain exposure to global financial markets and receive comprehensive product training. Based in London, you work with cross-functional teams to set up client accounts, assist sales, and monitor risk beyond standard hours. Responsibilities
  • Support, monitor and operate live trading platforms (24/5)
  • Monitor and optimize B2B bank and client lines
  • Configure and roll out technical solutions for clients
  • Assist the sales team with developing business
  • Set up client accounts in various systems according to specifications
  • Risk management and trade matching outside normal working hours
Key requirements
  • STEM degree from EU Top 200 university
  • Some experience in financial services (FX trading support or internship)
  • High analytical skills
  • Maths A Level
  • Stamina, flexibility; able to work independently and in a team
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritise issues and workload
  • General understanding of networking, Windows servers, and application life cycle (plus)
