Trading Tech TAM: Customer Readiness & Connectivity Expert

London Stock Exchange is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the main technical point of contact for customers, guiding onboarding, certification, connectivity and readiness while ensuring adoption. You will build relationships with member firms and data vendors, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience across project lifecycles.
