Training, Application & Support Specialist

In this role you enable operational excellence by delivering training and application support for UK operations. You will empower users, drive standardised processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics systems. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance adoption of tools and optimise workflows. This position offers scope to shape training content, support system enhancements, and influence how technology drives performance. • Provide UK Training Application Support for business systems (CW1, EDM, GSConnect)
• Deliver training sessions for operators (faceto-face and virtual)
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, and local work instructions
• Provide day-to-day operator support, including issue investigation and troubleshooting
• Ensure users understand correct system processes and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement using First Choice tools
• Assist with system testing, enhancement requests, and change implementation
• Build and maintain relationships with product, Finance, CDZ, and other stakeholders

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
• Knowledge of CargoWise One preferred
• Able to collaborate with Country, Regional, and Global teams
• Strong analytical skills with clear data presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
