Training Developer — Onsite 12-Month Contract

Morson Edge is seeking a Training Developer to be based in Workington on a 12 month contract basis, working 37 hours per week onsite. The role covers analysis, design, development and implementation of SAT-derived training material to support Sellafield Limited procedures.

The successful candidate will deliver training across multiple business areas, conduct pilots, and train other team members as required, while ensuring alignment with project schedules and standards.
