Transaction Advisory Accounting Lead

Lead complex transaction analysis through Accounting Policy, Regulatory Policy, and financial due diligence within a highly regulated banking environment.

As Transaction Lead, you will support approvals for large or complex transactions, new products, and strategic acquisitions or disposals. The work requires transaction analysis, technical accounting, regulatory assessment, and commercial judgment. You will collaborate with Finance specialists and senior stakeholders across the Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review complex structured transactions and new business proposals
• Perform technical accounting and regulatory analysis
• Support Transaction Manager approval and sign-off processes
• Coordinate Finance treatment, controls, RWA, liquidity, and leverage assessments
• Monitor governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Investment banking or financial services experience
• Exposure to complex products and regulated transactions
• Deep IFRS, accounting, or CRR prudential regulation expertise
• Knowledge of Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Equities
• Ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders
