This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the day‑to‑day delivery of our transactional finance operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash and banking, working capital and financial controls.

You’ll lead and develop the Transactional Finance team, ensuring processes run efficiently and accurately while maintaining strong financial controls. • Leading, coaching and developing the team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellent service.

This is a fixed term contract opportunity for a minimum of 12 months

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced transactional finance professional who is comfortable working in a complex, fast paced business and taking ownership of high-volume financial processes.

Hands on experience managing an invoice discounting or receivables financing facility would be a significant advantage, particularly where this has included reconciliations, aged debt management, facility monitoring and working capital optimisation.

Additionally, you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

  • Good knowledge of cash management, credit control and working capital.

  • Experience leading and developing transactional finance teams.

  • Strong financial control and reconciliation experience.
  • A proactive, improvement focused approach with the confidence to challenge existing processes.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to step into an influential role where you can make an immediate impact. You’ll have the scope to strengthen controls, improve processes, develop the team and help us maximise cash and working capital performance across the business.

If you’re a hands on finance leader who enjoys bringing structure, pace and continuous improvement to transactional finance, we’d love to hear from you.

We reserve the right to close the vacancy earlier should we identify a suitable candidate or receive a sufficient volume of applications.
