We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Officer to support our busy back-office team in Toronto. In this role, you will review and process transactions, ensure accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with internal partners to maintain service excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience with a focus on operational support
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including macro development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated business maturity and sound judgment, especially when handling sensitive information
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with global financial platforms such as Global and WSS systems
• Prior exposure to trade processing, cash products, or related financial instruments
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with a desire to learn and grow
