RemX is hiring a Transaction Processing Specialist for a growing company in Duluth, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying errors, and helping ensure transactions are processed accurately.

Location: Duluth, GA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay: $45,000-$47,000/year

Type: Contract to hire

Responsibilities:

• Review transactions for accuracy
• Process refunds, exchanges, and corrections
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile information across multiple systems
• Review commissions and identify revenue opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with operational and financial reporting
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners
• Support process improvements and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in an office, customer service, financial, or operations support role
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Excel and computer skills
• Experience reviewing data, processing transactions, or reconciling information preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
