Transcend Logistics Deployment Manager

Lead Transcend logistics deployments in Toronto with SAP S/4HANA expertise, supply chain planning, and cross-functional program leadership.

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager for global digital transformation deployments. You will lead readiness, planning, business engagement, and execution across regions, sites, and functional areas. The work spans logistics processes, master data, integrations, testing, training, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead logistics deployment activities for Transcend releases and site implementations
• Drive readiness assessments, risks, timelines, and standardized solution alignment
• Coordinate testing, training, cutover, communications, and status reporting
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Technology
• Monitor deployment risks, KPIs, governance, and post-go-live stabilization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field
• Minimum six years in supply chain, logistics, ERP, operations, or program management
• Enterprise systems experience including SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
• Cross-functional project leadership in complex global environments
• Knowledge of warehousing, transportation, inventory, and third-party logistics
