Transcend Logistics Deployment Manager

Lead SAP S/4HANA logistics deployments in Toronto with supply chain expertise, stakeholder management, and global program leadership responsibilities.

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Transcend Deployment Logistics Manager for global digital transformation deployments. You will lead logistics readiness, deployment planning, business engagement, and execution. The work spans logistics processes, master data, integrations, testing, training, and change management across regions, sites, and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Transcend releases and logistics site implementations
• Drive readiness assessments, risks, and mitigation plans
• Coordinate testing, training, communications, and cutover
• Partner across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and technology
• Present readiness updates and monitor stabilization activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field
• Minimum six years in supply chain, logistics, ERP, or programs
• Enterprise systems experience, including SAP ECC or S/4HANA
• Cross-functional project leadership in global environments
• Understanding of warehousing, transportation, inventory, and 3PL processes
