Transformation Delivery Lead – Data & Tech Ops

Altum Consulting is partnering with a leading charity to recruit a Transformation Delivery Lead to deliver an operating model across its Data & Technology function. The role will work closely with senior leaders to translate design into practical delivery and embed new ways of working in a purpose‑led organisation.

You will lead external partnerships, coordinate multiple workstreams, and drive governance, reporting and momentum through the programme.
