Travel Technology Defect Analyst

Analyze travel technology defects, booking workflows, and operational discrepancies with strong problem-solving skills. Work from a dedicated private workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

As a Business Analyst, Travel Research and Analysis, you will investigate platform defects affecting customers and operations. You will partner with Product and Technology teams to reproduce issues, document requirements, validate fixes, and identify recurring trends. Your analysis also supports ticket exchanges, cancellations, refunds, schedule changes, supplier issues, and broader process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze platform defects and system issues impacting travel operations
• Reproduce reported issues with Product and Technology teams
• Document technical defect details and business requirements
• Validate fixes and monitor resolution effectiveness
• Support UAT for enhancements and defect corrections

Requirements:

• Three to five-plus years in travel technology or business analysis
• Experience investigating complex business or customer issues
• Ability to analyze large datasets, patterns, and operational trends
• Experience with Sabre GDS, Sabre Red 360, or travel platforms
• Advanced Excel or reporting-tool experience preferred
