We’re hiring Superintendents, Senior Superintendents, and General Superintendents - leaders who want to grow, travel, and take on massive electrical scopes.

What You’ll Do:

• Run daily field operations on large‑scale, fast‑track data center projects
• Lead electrical crews and foremen with confidence, clarity, and energy
• Drive productivity, safety, and quality across all phases of construction
• Coordinate with PMs, GCs, engineers, and client reps to keep the project moving
• Review drawings, specs, and BIM models to ensure accurate installation
• Solve problems in real time and keep your team ahead of schedule
• Support commissioning, QA/QC, and turnover on complex electrical systems

What You Bring:

• Electrical construction experience at the Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent level
• Background in mission‑critical, industrial, or large commercial projects
• Ability to lead crews, communicate clearly, and drive results
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation sequencing xhqgsiq
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, BIM 360, or similar tools
• A “get it done” mentality - you don’t wait, you lead
