The Controller oversees daily and medium-term cash management while leading accounting operations and financial reporting. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this position develops rolling forecasts, manages banking relationships, and supports funding decisions. It also strengthens controls, compliance, ERP processes, and business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning
• Develop rolling cash flow forecasts for decision-making
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and covenants
• Optimize working capital across receivables and payables
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Requirements:

• CPA designation required for this Controller role
• Five-plus years in accounting, assurance, controllership, or treasury
• Experience managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
• Experience leading month-end and year-end close
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
