Treasury Banking Network Manager

In this role you will manage and develop custody, clearing and cash‑bank relationships across EMEA and APAC, ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance and efficient operations. You’ll collaborate with Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Front‑Office teams to drive network initiatives and improvements. Your hands‑on approach will shape bank/custodian relationships, reporting and end‑to‑end account processes in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. You will leverage your treasury network expertise to support strategic projects and enhance service metrics.

• Establish and maintain bank and custodian relationships, manage escalations and stakeholder engagements
• Develop and manage reporting on bank/custodian fees and service metrics
• Own end‑to‑end bank account opening, closing and maintenance processes
• Lead RFP processes for new business initiatives or operational improvements
• Monitor SLAs with key providers and escalate deficiencies impacting Treasury
• Implement board‑approved signature lists and corporate documentation with agent banks
• Oversee due‑diligence and annual KYC submissions for agents and counterparties
• Participate in network‑management projects including credit marketing, analytical analysis and acquisition integration
• Coordinate network‑related actions across Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Front‑Office
• Distribute market notifications and alerts on CSD, settlement and payment issues to stakeholders

• Proven experience in network management within treasury, custody or cash‑management functions
• Strong existing network of industry contacts across EMEA and APAC
• Knowledge of market practices, regulatory developments and operational risk expectations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across organisational levels
• Hands‑on experience with treasury systems such as Kyriba and familiarity with Claude
• Demonstrated project‑management and organisational skills with multitasking under deadlines
