Overview

In this Treasury Implementation Manager role, you will lead treasury transformation projects for enterprise clients, shaping how they achieve better efficiency, visibility, and control. You’ll collaborate with treasury, finance, and operations teams to map processes and implement integrated solutions. You will manage end-to-end implementations, drive change adoption, and support AI-enabled process design. This role offers exposure to fintech-scale projects and tangible impact on client operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client treasury implementations from kickoff to go-live
  • Run process discovery workshops
  • Map treasury and finance workflows
  • Coordinate ERP, banking, and systems integrations
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and risks
  • Drive user adoption and change management
  • Support automation and AI-enabled process design
Key requirements
  • Background in Treasury Technology/Consulting or Treasury Implementation/Systems consulting
  • Experience with TMS implementations or treasury transformations
  • Project/implementation experience with systems projects and automation initiatives
  • Treasury knowledge and ability to work with both business and technical teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong business process understanding
