Treasury Risk & Controls Manager

Busey Bank is seeking a Business Risk and Controls Manager to develop and maintain risk processes for treasury management, payments, and deposits. You will act as the SME for regulatory rules, industry standards, and best practices while providing end-to-end risk consulting across processes.

You will coordinate control testing, reporting, and remediation with business line staff and second-line partners, ensuring compliance with laws and internal standards.
