Treasury Specialist

• Prepare bank reconciliations across multiple entities and accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate general ledger entries.
• Support the migration, validation, and reconciliation of banking and financial data between systems.
• Identify data inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolutions with Finance and other teams.
• Maintain accurate financial records, process documentation, and internal controls.
• Assist with audits, treasury reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or financial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger processes.
• Strong Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is an asset.
• Exposure to data migration, system implementation, or ERP transitions is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their practical applications in finance.
