Trust Banking Payments Officer

Support investment fund managers from downtown Toronto through wire payments, EFT processing, and account reconciliation in a flexible hybrid model.

SGGG Fund Services is seeking an entry-level Trust Banking Officer reporting to the Manager, Trust Banking Officer. You will provide back-office administration while using Microsoft Excel, communicating efficiently, and supporting customer service. This is not an accounting or finance stream role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make wire payments and process EFTs
• Prepare and issue cheques for invoices and trades
• Confirm Fundserv N$M payments process successfully
• Produce and deliver daily settlement reports
• Reconcile trust statements and investigate account breaks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher
• One year financial services experience or transferable experience
• Reliability, accountability, and strong attention to detail
• Excel proficiency and simple math calculation skills
• Efficient communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
