Overview

In this role, you will optimise the Tungsten (Kofax) OCR automation after go-live, collaborating with the business to refine configuration and maximise value. You will support onboarding around 200 suppliers and enhance data capture across the OCR workflow. You will design, test and implement improvements and assist integrations with external systems. This is a hands-on, remote role focused on delivering measurable improvements to the automation platform and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Review the existing OCR automation build post go-live
  • Understand Tungsten configuration with the business and identify improvement areas
  • Support onboarding of ~200 suppliers
  • Improve OCR extraction and data capture intelligence
  • Design, test and implement improvements to automation processes
  • Support system integrations; API experience is beneficial
Key requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tungsten Automation (Kofax) and OCR
  • Proven ability to optimize document automation solutions
  • Experience with OCR data extraction, document classification and process workflows
  • Track record of delivering tangible improvements to tungsten automation systems
  • Experience with testing, validation, UAT, and troubleshooting of automation processes
  • API/system integration experience is advantageous but not essential
