UAT QA Tester

In this UAT Tester role, you will validate gaming content in a UAT environment to ensure high-quality experiences for a global audience. You join the Content QA team onsite in Chadderton, collaborating with stakeholders and a UAT Lead to drive game sign-off. You’ll translate feature requirements into effective test cases and perform regression testing to maintain standards. This role offers exposure to end-to-end game testing in a fast-paced, innovative gaming company with a strong values-driven culture.

• Execute test cases and report defects to support timely resolution
• Translate feature requirements into effective test cases to maximise coverage
• Perform regression testing after defect fixes to ensure stability
• Set up, configure, and maintain test environments to enable efficient testing
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues to the Content QA Manager
• Participate in exploratory gameplay sessions to identify new test scenarios
• Ensure releases meet game standards and comply with regulatory requirements

• Previous experience in a Software QA or similar testing role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Experience using bug tracking tools such as Mantis or Jira
• Familiarity with QA management tools (qTest, TestRail)
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in the gaming industry is desirable but not essential
