We are seeking an experienced
UiPath Developer
with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade
RPA solutions using UiPath . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, UiPath Cloud , and enterprise automation practices. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and support teams to deliver scalable automation solutions for complex business processes. Experience in
Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries
is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end
RPA solutions using UiPath . Develop robust and scalable automation workflows using
UiPath Studio
and REFramework. Manage and support automation deployments through
UiPath Orchestrator . Work with
UiPath Cloud
capabilities, including cloud-based development, orchestration, and automation services. Participate in solution design discussions and recommend scalable and maintainable automation approaches. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Develop and maintain technical documentation, developer artifacts, workflow documentation, and deployment packages. Conduct code reviews and peer reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to development standards. Collaborate with
Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and Production Support teams
throughout the automation lifecycle. Troubleshoot production and post-production issues and provide timely resolutions. Implement RPA development best practices, coding standards, security controls, and governance requirements. Support automation initiatives involving complex business processes and enterprise system integrations. Contribute to continuous improvement of existing automation solutions and frameworks. Support the adoption of emerging automation technologies, including
Agentic Automation and AI-powered workflows . Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on experience in UiPath development . Strong experience with
UiPath Studio . Strong experience with
UiPath Orchestrator . Hands‑on experience with
REFramework . Experience with UiPath deployment and release processes. Strong understanding of
UiPath Cloud
and cloud‑based automation capabilities. Knowledge of
Agentic Automation
concepts and intelligent automation solutions. Experience developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable RPA solutions. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Experience working in
Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries

Follow enterprise security, compliance, governance, and coding standards. Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering RPA solutions in
Banking or Financial Services
environments. Exposure to AI/ML-enabled automation and intelligent document processing. Experience with Agentic AI or AI-powered workflow automation. Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API-based automation. Strong knowledge of RPA governance and automation lifecycle management.
