Overview

As a Business Intelligence Analyst for Travel & Expense at PredictX, you will lead client onboarding and consultative implementations of our platform. You’ll transform T&E data into actionable insights, design dashboards, and support ongoing client success. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role offers a chance to shape product direction and drive cost efficiency for large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client onboarding and data acquisition for PredictX implementations
  • Oversee ETL operations relevant to T&E data
  • Analyze T&E data to identify trends and create stakeholder-facing reports
  • Design and deploy dashboards across organizational levels
  • Collaborate on sprint planning and manage project timelines/deliverables
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate insights and drive decisions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within PredictX modules
