UK ERP Change Lead: SAP & Workday Adoption

Assystem UK is seeking an experienced Change Manager to deploy the global change roadmap locally, adapting it to UK contexts and stakeholders. You will lead the UK rollout, sponsor activation and readiness activities across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, adoption measurement (ADKAR/ICAP) and building a UK Super Users network, with go-live and hypercare support through D+90.
