UK Micad FM Solutions & Implementation Lead

SINGU is seeking a Solutions and Implementation Manager to lead the technical deployment of Micad FM for UK customers. You will bridge sales and Customer Success, owning the customer journey from pre-sales through implementation, and travel monthly to client sites as needed.

This remote UK role prefers Cardiff-area proximity, with occasional co-location and quarterly team meetups. You’ll work across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
