Overview

As a UKG Pro WFM Application Configuration Consultant, you will configure, test, and deploy complex workforce management solutions within an established UKG Pro WFM environment. You’ll produce solution designs and documentation, review configurations for improvements, and help drive best practices. The role involves troubleshooting, collaborating with stakeholders across the business, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximise platform use and value.

Responsibilities
  • Configure, unit test, and deploy complex requirements across Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals
  • Produce detailed solution designs and supporting documentation
  • Review existing UKG Pro WFM configurations and recommend optimisations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, incidents, and problems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from operational users to senior management
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice across the platform
Key requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration
  • Proven expertise across Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals modules
  • Independent delivery of configuration, testing, and deployment activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create clear technical and functional documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Passion for workforce management technology and understanding of UKG Pro WFM capabilities
