Underwater Robotics Integration Lead

Saab UK, part of Saab Group, seeks an Integration Team Leader for its Fareham unit to direct assembly, testing and commissioning of underwater robotic systems. You will manage a skilled team, ensure adherence to customer specs, and drive continuous improvement across the configuration and delivery processes.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on testing, and fault-finding expertise, with offshore support as needed. Previous fibre optics knowledge and electronics background are essential.
