Responsibilities:

  • Analyze loan files for compliance with company, investor, FHA/VA guidelines.
  • Underwrite credit package and collateral for residential loans.
  • Maintain 48-hour turnaround and three decisions per day.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years mortgage underwriting experience.
  • Knowledge of private investor and PMI guidelines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
