Universal Financial Associate Servus

Support members with banking needs as a full-time Universal Financial Associate at Servus Credit Union’s Hannabranch. Apply transaction and sales expertise daily.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role supports member meetings, account services, lending administration, and branch activities. You will prepare documents, maintain proactive member contact, process banking transactions, and recommend suitable products and services. Your work helps members feel good about their money.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document information for Financial Advisor conversations
• Review personal accounts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Open new accounts and follow up with members
• Prepare and enter loan application information
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, advances, exchanges, and cheque cashing

Requirements:

• High school diploma and at least one year of retail banking experience
• At least one year of sales experience
• Post-secondary Finance education is a valuable asset
• IFIC certification is a valuable asset
• Successful criminal, reference, and credit checks
