Overview
In this Junior Business Analyst role, you bridge IT and URBN’s brands to improve retail processes and systems. You’ll support senior teammates by documenting requirements, modelling current and intended workflows, and validating solutions. You work across cross-functional teams to ensure retail platforms deliver efficiency at scale. This is an opportunity to shape how URBN’s brands operate globally, with hands-on exposure to end‑to‑end system enhancements.

- Provide initial triage and escalation for system issues with options analysis
- Help develop and maintain as-is and to-be business process models
- Assist in gathering and documenting clear requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
- Execute QA test plans for system enhancements and large-scale projects
- Identify essential project tasks and support re-prioritisation in a fast-paced environment
- Some UK travel required
- Knowledge and experience of Retail Systems – PLM, PIM, ERP, POS, Planning, Allocation, Supply Chain, Marketing, Ecomm, Finance
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C solutions within a retail or wholesale context
- Fashion retail experience ideal but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on quality and speed
- Ability to prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deadlines
