  • License: Active Indiana license or IMLC
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS & PALS
  • Board Certification: Required/eligible per facility requirements
  • Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
  • Travel: Lodging available; nearest airport is Indianapolis (IND)
