  • Work Dates Needed: Oct 14-Nov 6 + ongoing.
  • Preferred Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
  • Scope of Work: Locum. Treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Must be able to see ages 2 and up.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active, unrestricted OK license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert.
  • EMR: Allscripts
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $125-130/hr
  • Comments:
  • Shifts will be Oct 14-Nov 6 in OKC Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm. Shifts could potentially be extended as needed/where needed beyond 11/6 in OKC and Tulsa. Provider will need to be DOT certified within 2 weeks of start date if not already DOT certified.
