• Perform physical examinations
• Obtain patient medical histories
• Assess clinical findings and develop preliminary diagnoses
• Develop therapeutic treatment plans
• Administer medications and injections
• Coordinate diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
• Provide clear treatment and follow-up instructions to patients and families
• Serve as a patient advocate throughout the care process
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Fast-paced outpatient Urgent Care environment
• Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits:
• Annual base salary range: $113,776 - $154,752

Candidate Requirements:
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited Master's-level Nursing or Physician Assistant program
• Current Massachusetts NP or PA license
• Valid DEA registration
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
• Formal training in suturing required
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Strong commitment to high-quality patient care
• Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
