Urgent Care Physician Assistant

Locums - Chelmsford, Massachusetts, NP/PA Urgent Care Job

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant for locum urgent care coverage
• Available shifts:
  • Sunday, October 11, 2026: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, October 24, 2026: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
• Single-provider coverage for both shifts
• Estimated patient volume: 30-40 patients per provider per shift
• Must be proficient in urgent care procedures, which are performed on many patients, including:
  • Suturing
  • Splinting
  • Incision and drainage (I&D)
  • Foreign body removal
  • Ingrown toenail removal
  • Wound debridement
• Experience with Experity EMR highly preferred
• Must have an active Massachusetts license, DEA registration, Massachusetts controlled substance registration, and BLS certification
• No hospital credentialing required, allowing for an expedited start
