-Mon Fri: 8:00am-6:00pm; Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm
-Flexible schedule 30 - 40 hours per week
- Urgent Care cases (URI/Cough/Cold/Sore throat/Fevers/Sprains/Strains/Rash etc.)

Education:

  • Graduated from an accredited Professional Physician Assistant Program
  • Active Physician Assistant state license in TN
  • Active DEA
  • BLS, PALS, ACLS
  • Willing to get Medical Examiners Certification for DOT physicals

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year applicable experience in acute/urgent care, family practice or emergency department setting
  • Experience in pediatrics (ages 6 months and up)
  • Familiar with management of Chronic medical conditions ( Diabetes, Hypertension, CHF, Etc.)
  • Experience using an Electronic Health Record
  • Minimum 1 year treating patients autonomously
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Must be able to suture, drain abscesses, and complete charts in a timely fashion
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
