  • Start/end: ASAP - ongoing
  • Schedule: Flexible based on provider availability
  • Coverage type: Beeper call only
  • Call response: 20 minutes
  • Volume: Approximately 10 patients seen + 20 phone consults
  • Setting: Inpatient; Level II trauma
  • Coverage: Unassigned patients
  • Support: 7 APPs, 3 RNs, 15 MAs + office staff
  • EMR: Epic
  • Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
    • Clinical Details
  • Required scope: General Urology with stone cases and stent procedures
  • Additional cases welcomed based on provider skill set
  • Preferred experience includes ureteroscopy, PCNL, laparoscopic and robotic surgery
  • Additional advanced Urology procedures are preferred but not required
    • Requirements
  • Board certified required
  • License: WI or IMLC
  • PALS
    • Compensation
  • Rate negotiable, open to your number
  • Malpractice provided
  • Travel and lodging reimbursed
