Job Title: Locum Physician - Urology Facility and Practice Overview

The practice is designed to accommodate both surgical and clinic responsibilities, ensuring a varied and engaging work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in both hospital and outpatient clinic settings.
• Perform a range of surgical procedures relevant to urology.
• Be on-call for hospital emergencies and admissions.
• Maintain a daily patient caseload, seeing a minimum of 17 patients in the clinic.
• Collaborate with support staff, including clinic medical assistants and perioperative nurses.
• Manage and document patient care using Meditech and eClinicalWorks EMR.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Urology (preferred); Board Eligible candidates may be considered.
• Completion of a Urology residency program.
• Current and active medical license in Oregon (highly preferred).
• BLS and DEA certifications (required).
• Ability to provide a clean malpractice history (preferred).
• Availability at the time of name clearance (preferred).

License and Certification Requirements

• Board Certification in Urology (preferred).
• Oregon State Medical License (required; willingness to obtain during credentialing is acceptable).
• BLS certification (required).
• DEA certification (required).
