Urology Physician

A premiere healthcare system near Raleigh, NC is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join a well-respected, high-demand Urology practice, a role opening up due to strong growth and proactive planning ahead of future retirements. This is bread-and-butter general urology with a rewarding mix of clinic, OR, and inpatient consults, and backed by several da Vinci Xi robotic systems. You ll join 3 experienced Urologists, APP's, and an excellent support staff in a practice that patients travel to from surrounding counties, so your schedule fills quickly and your impact is felt right away. 4.5-day week ends at noon on Fridays, team shared call, and close proximity to Raleigh and North Carolina's beautiful beaches. Open to new graduates and backed by a two-year protected compensation period, large sign-on bonus, $100,000 in student loan repayment, six weeks of PTO, and visa sponsorship available, this is a role that lets you build a robotic practice with the resources and stability of a large healthcare system behind you.

• Robotic surgery, ready now two da Vinci Xi systems already in place, a third planned, and a potential upgrade to da Vinci 5 in FY2028 and beyond.
• Build and grow the program help expand robotic Urology and bring new procedures or services to the community where there is patient need and a sound business case.
• Balanced clinic and OR practice bread-and-butter general urology with at least one full clinic day each week and remaining days split between clinic and OR based on case volume, with approximately 15-20 patients depending on provider.
• 5-day schedule Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5pm, and Friday, 7:30am-noon, with 36 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of protected administrative time each week.
• Shared 1:4 call approximately 7 days per month with a roughly 60-minute call-back radius, giving you real flexibility in where you live.
• Strong, supportive team work alongside 3 urologists and APP's on Epic EMR
• Protected compensation competitive base salary plus productivity, with a two-year protected compensation period while you build your volume.
