Urology Physician

An established health system in Anniston, Alabama, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Urologist to join a growing team of two employed urologists and one PA. Built for high procedural volume and service-line expansion, this role offers strong earning upside, steady primary care referrals, and access to advanced surgical technology.

The Practice

• 2 employed urologists and 1 PA, with dedicated clinic and procedural support
• High procedural volume, including prostate biopsies, Aquablation, bladder stimulation, and TRBPS
• da Vinci Si and Xi robotics, plus a dedicated surgery center and lithotripsy unit
• Shared call model designed to cut wait times and expand access as the service area grows

The Schedule

• Strong clinic volume (about 65-70 patients per day across the practice), with a focus on improving access
• Dedicated procedural blocks, including early-week surgery time and separate robotic blocks
• 6+ surgeries per day on average, with room to expand based on your interests
• Call shared among physicians, typically 3-5 days per month

Compensation & Benefits

• $600K-$700K base salary plus production
• $200K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• Call stipend of $1,200 per day for call days over 7 per month
• PTO, CME days, paid malpractice, health/dental, and 401(k)

Who You Are

• BC/BE Urologist; all experience levels considered, including new graduates
• Comfortable with a high-volume practice and a broad range of urologic procedures
• Interest in robotics and stone work is a plus, with support and volume available
