Urology Physician
GQR Recruiting Resources
A Level III trauma hospital on Maryland's Eastern Shore needs a urologist for two short call stretches over the holidays: 7:00am November 25 to 7:00am November 27, and 7:00am December 23 to 7:00am December 26. One provider covers all of the dates.
This is inpatient call coverage with admissions and rounding on both inpatients and consults, about 10 patients a shift. The hospital runs on Epic, and temporary privileges are available for this need, so you do not wait for full credentialing.
Pay is $3,168 per 24-hour call day, and $4,752 for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Callback pays $360 an hour whenever you are called in, on top of the call pay. Travel is covered, and lodging is suggested at a local hotel.
A Maryland license is required, so this is open to a urologist who already holds one.
