An established urology practice in Cookeville, Tennessee, is recruiting a board-eligible or board-certified Urologist to join a well-resourced team of three physicians and two APRNs. Just an hour east of Nashville, this role offers high procedural volume, modern surgical technology, and an efficient practice structure built for work-life balance.

The Practice

• 3 urologists and 2 APRNs, with dedicated MAs, nurses, and techs providing full clinical support
• Two da Vinci Xi robots, thermal lasers, and in-clinic X-ray, scopes, and vasectomy capabilities
• General urology with flexibility for subspecialty interests
• Mid-level support to keep workflow efficient

The Schedule

• Four-day workweek with 2 OR days and 2 clinic days
• Call about 10 days per month

Compensation & Benefits

• Generous salary with RVU bonuses; relocation, sign-on, and loan assistance negotiable
• 6 weeks PTO, including vacation, CME, and holidays
