Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: Full-time; 2.5 days in clinic and 1.5 days in OR; approximately 25 patients and 12 procedures per day; hospital call rotation (max 6 call days per month, 24-hour call shifts) on a 1:4 to 1:6 rotation; 2-3 consults and 1-2 surgeries per call shift
- Job Setting: Outpatient clinic (UCHealth Parkview Urology Clinic) and hospital/surgical setting (Parkview Medical Center); 400 W. 16th Street, Pueblo, CO 81003
- Types of Cases: General urologic care for adult patients; diagnosis and surgical treatment of urologic conditions; inpatient consults and emergencies; robotic surgery utilizing 2 DaVinci XI robots (robotics expansion and Aquablation coming in 2026)
- EMR: Epic
- Compensation: Highly competitive salary range of $550,000-$610,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications; immediate high-productivity bonus potential paid upon exceeding the base guarantee threshold; relocation assistance and loan repayment programs may be available; paid malpractice insurance including tail coverage; generous CME allowance; 403(b) retirement plan with employer matching; 457(b) voluntary deferred compensation plan; comprehensive health, vision, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage; wellness benefits; flexible spending accounts; HSA; identity theft protection; pet insurance; employee discount programs; paid family and medical leave; contractual paid time off

- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Urology required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
- Licensure: Active Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain); most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days, active) required at presentation
