Compensation & Benefits
- Negotiable salary guarantee as an employee in years 1-2 with bonus potential

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
- Position is not J1 or H1B visa eligible
