• Provide comprehensive general urology services, including office-based procedures and surgery
• High income potential with an established patient referral network
Practice Highlights
• Perform standard in-office procedures, including cystoscopy, vasectomy, and prostate biopsy
• Dedicated cystoscopy room and preferential operating room block time
• Access to a 189-bed medical center with 9 operating suites
• No robotic surgery platform currently available
• ER/inpatient call requirement of 10 days, with flexibility and support from the existing physician
• Postoperative patient call coverage required for 7 days
• Established practice with strong clinical and administrative support
• Collaborative environment with more than 100 active physicians across multiple specialties
Qualifications
• MD or DO with residency training in Urology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Proficiency in general urology procedures and surgical care
• Ability to manage outpatient, inpatient, and postoperative urology patients
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
